Order Cancellations

At Lowvera, we process your orders quickly to ensure fast delivery.
Because of this, orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this time, your order may already be in fulfillment or shipping and can no longer be canceled.

Include your order number and the reason for cancellation in your message.


After 12 Hours

If your order has already been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
In this case, you can still request a return or refund in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy once your package arrives.


Pre-Orders and Backorders

For pre-ordered or backordered items, cancellation is only possible before the item is prepared for shipping.
Once tracking information has been issued, the order can no longer be canceled.


Refunds for Canceled Orders

Approved cancellations (made within the allowed timeframe) will be refunded in full to your original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or PayPal.


Fraudulent or Unauthorized Orders

Lowvera reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspicious, unauthorized, or flagged as potentially fraudulent.
If this occurs, you’ll be notified immediately and refunded in full.
